Kirsty Godso
Fitness luminary, entrepreneur, Nike Global Trainer and spokeswoman, Kirsty Godso redefines fitness in the modern age. Based between New York and Los Angeles, Kirsty fuses together her passion for fitness and business by operating in the business of bodies. Kyle has been teaching, studying and living yoga since 2007. She uses the practice to share tools for consciousness and joy. Liana Levi
Founder and lead instructor at Forma Pilates, Liana Levi was born and raised in Los Angeles. After working in the fashion industry in Paris and Los Angeles for almost 10 years, Liana decided to take a pivot in her career at the start of the pandemic in April 2020. "Pilates has always been a pillar of consistency and structure in my life. I cherish and appreciate every minute I get to myself on a reformer." Liana purchased her first reformer in March of 2020 for personal use just as the Stay at Home Order came into effect. Little did she know, she had planted the seed for Forma Pilates. Liana started Forma a month later, training her closest friends and has continued to grow organically, via word of mouth.
