Aureo Wellness Journey Meditation with Chakra Alignment

5:00 pm @ Costa Palmas Beach Club

This will be a guided meditation to set the intentions where we will use Tuning Forks to balance the nervous system, enhance relaxation, stimulate chi, bring tranquility and reduce stress so we can prepare the body and mind for the healing weekend retreat.

Longevity Happy Hour hosted by Centenarian Lyfe

6:30pm - 7:30pm @ Costa Palmas Beach Club

Unlock the secrets of lasting vitality at our exclusive 'Longevity Happy Hour'! Join us for an evening of conversation as we welcome the renowned regenerative medicine expert, Dr. Matt Burnett, to share the latest advancements in regenerative medicine and longevity. Enjoy healthy, rejuvenating refreshments and bites as you meet the Centenarian team. Don't miss this unique opportunity to discover the keys to a vibrant, fulfilling life!

Journal/intention setting/gratitude - This is an opportunity to connect with yourself, the room, and this experience by channeling your positive energy into written word. Level the bubbles and start this experience off on the right foot. 

Yoga with Kyle Miller

9:00 am @ Costa Palmas Beach Pavillion

Join Kyle for an hour long class to revive mind, body and spirit.  Expect spherical movement, classical postures and esoteric dialogue seamlessly blended together in a feel good practice.

Free time

10:00 am - 11:00 am

Guests are encouraged to book a facial or massage at our private spa gazebo during their free time, enjoy the Four Seasons resort, or Club pools and beach activities.

Facials are offered by Candace Marino, and massages are by the Aureo  Wellness team.

Waterfall Hike and Swim Excursion OR Fitness Class led by Kirsty Godso

11:00 am - 2:00 pm Meet at Costa Palmas Beach Club or Four Seasons Lobby for pick up.

We will visit Rancho Ecologico Sol De Mayo, a nature preserve. This guided hike is great for all skill levels and will include lunch and a few wellness surprises along the way. Hiking or fitness attire is recommended. For those that wish to take a dip in the Santiago Waterfall hike, pack a swimsuit. Lunch will be served mid-hike.

OR

11:00 am - Join Kirsty Godso for a specially curated total body workout. This one-hour sweat session will fuse together bodyweight strength, cardio, and athletic pilates for a fun and fiery session.

Free time

2:00 pm - 3:00 pm

Aureo Sound Bath and Acupuncture Experience by Dr. Natazia

An immersive healing experience combining sound by Aureo Wellness and acupuncture by Dr. Natazia zu Stolberg. The synergistic effects of these two modalities allow you to drop deeply into a state of relaxation and activate your body’s ability to heal itself.

Fusing classical pilates with reformer pilates, the Forma Mat Series is an athletic style of training that is strategically designed to target and burn from the moment you start to the moment you finish. The main focus is form and precision, targeting small muscle groups and lengthening each muscle through slow and controlled movements.

A discussion about tuning into your body’s signals to make thoughtful food choices that reflect your ultimate goals and set yourself up to keep honoring them. Shira’s ultimate goal is to help you inhabit a permanent spot in the driver’s seat. Rather than allowing your emotions, environment, or other outside factors to dictate what or how much you eat, you’re in charge of your own food decisions. Beyond this approach working really well, it also just feels really good.

Meditation/Breathwork/Cold Plunge with Ben Smith

3:00 pm - 4:00 pm @ Costa Palmas Beach Club Cold Plunges

Join Ben for another opportunity to check-in with yourself, through a short mindfulness meditation, more time spent with the breath, and the challenge of deliberate cold exposure. In isolation, these modalities are valuable but when used in tandem, the synergistic effects cannot be denied. Sit, Breathe, Surrender. Again, for me this is about presence, gratitude, and excitement for all the incredible things that we will face from this point forward.
